  • Great Food, super service, nice decorations. We were excited to try out Syrian cuisine and were impressed. The entire food was amazing and very flavourful. We opted for a large platter of mixed appetisers which gave us eight glorious options to explore. The hummus was creamy perfection nothing like we have ever tasted before. Our favourite was the muhammara (paprika nut spread) with its unique combination of flavours. The service was very friendly and attentive. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for great food and a nice restaurant!

  • I had an amazing experience at Damascus Restaurant. The food was incredibly flavorful and felt truly authentic — from the fresh hummus and falafel to the perfectly spiced tender kebabs. Beef kebab was chewy tho, but chicken shishtawouk was the best!!! The portions were generous, and everything was beautifully presented. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with Middle Eastern decor that added to the charm.

  • Damascus Restaurant in Prague has a lovely atmosphere the decorations are beautiful and instantly remind you of the old neighborhoods and traditional houses of Damascus. The service is friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe makes you feel welcome. The food is tasty, but the portions could be a bit more generous. The sides like garlic sauce, single pickle, rice, and even the single olive served were quite small. The chicken shish tawook tasted good but seemed slightly undergrilled. Despite that, it was still an enjoyable experience overall. The place has great potential with its authentic Syrian charm and pleasant service just needs a bit more attention to portion size and food consistency. The location is quite perfect. Close to everything you are looking for in Prague.

  • A very beautiful restaurant. We loved it. Even my marokkan husband loved it and also the Music. Probably the Price is little bit high for us, but maybe for this area normal. The food was great. They lost just the one star on the food-scala because of the desserts. They had just halve of desserts on menu there... so pity. And the service was very nice and friendly... but maybe it will be good, to coach the service personal also the food and the menu, that they can give direct an detailed answer, without asking every second question to the chef. :-) Thank you for this very nice experience.

  • I would like to share a very pleasant impression of this restaurant. From the moment you enter, you can feel a warm and cozy atmosphere; it is truly a comfortable place to be. The interior is beautiful, everything is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details, creating a sense of calm and comfort. The food was tasty and fresh, and the dishes were prepared with care. I especially enjoyed the meat dishes — juicy, aromatic, and well seasoned. It is clear that the kitchen pays attention to quality and truly cares about its guests. The portions are just right, and the presentation is very nice. The service was polite and friendly, the staff attentive and eager to make guests feel satisfied. You can feel the respect for customers and the desire to make the visit pleasant. I would also like to highlight the wonderful atmosphere — it is a place you want to return to again and again, with friends or family. A place where you can enjoy a meal in peace, relax, and recharge with positive emotions. I gladly recommend this restaurant and wish it continued success and many happy guests.

  • I have no complaint about Damascus Restaurant. Location is convinience near Charles Bridge. The service was fast, the waiter is friendly, attentive and can speak english. I arrived around 3pm-ish and no other customer. The environment is really cozy and nice. The restaurant offer many choices of menu and the portion is just nice and of course delicious. We order lamb mandy, chicken mandy (for take away), mix grill, eggplant dish with bread. Will definitly be coming here again for special occasion because the price is on the higher end.
